For the students who found this page via a search engine, looking for a short cut to the assignment... too bad. Better luck next time. :-) For faculty who are interested, a zip file containing all source code and data files, plus an executable, is available gratis via a verifiable e-mail request (i.e. I can go to your university's web site and verify the e-mail address).
